Our recruiting firm is partnering with a property management company that specializes in the hospitality industry in Pompano Beach, to find them a Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.

The ideal salary for this position is between $42k-$48k plus eligibility for overtime and bonus. The company also offers an excellent benefits package including hotel discounts, rental discounts, education reimbursement and a full health and PTO package.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process AP transactions and post payments into ERP system
• Reconcile invoices and document approval procedures accordingly
• Resolve invoice and statement discrepancies
• Process weekly check-runs and ensure timely payment of invoices
• Maintain and organize all invoices and documentation for easy access

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Accounting experience
• Some hospitality industry knowledge and experience is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree is a plus (Accounting, Finance or Business highly preferred)
• Experience using an ERP (Dynamics of GP would be a plus)
• Basic Excel skills
• Commute comfortably to Pompano Beach daily
