<p><strong>SCHEDULED HOURS: </strong> Tuesday- Saturday 5:30AM-1:30PM</p>

<p>Mobile Pathways is an Opiate Treatment Program specializing in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), exclusively using methadone. <span> </span>We operate with a strong multidisciplinary team model, blending clinical and medical expertise to provide exceptional care. Every day, our dedicated team works to save lives and reduce risks for individuals and communities affected by opioid use disorder.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span><strong>:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Administer daily MAT (including methadone and buprenorphine) in accordance with physician/APRN orders and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Prepare and dispense individual doses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to chain-of-custody procedures.</li>
<li>Safely transport and secure controlled medications between CHR OTP clinics, mobile clinics, and correctional facilities in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Monitor patient response to treatment, including conducting assessments and observing for side effects or adverse reactions.</li>
<li>Conduct and monitor toxicology screens.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR), consistent with program and agency standards.</li>
<li>Manage medication inventory, including ordering, restocking, and reconciliation, in compliance with CHR and regulatory requirements (DPH, DMHAS, DEA, Joint Commission).</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with prescribers, clinical team members, and DOC staff regarding patient care, progress, and safety issues.</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings, supervision, trainings, and other required activities.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all DOC, CHR, and regulatory safety/security protocols.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>
<li><strong>Per diem RNs are required to provide coverage for at least one (1) weekend per month and two (2) holidays per calendar year.</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">QUALIFICATIONS</span>: </strong></p>
<p><strong>Education:</strong> RN diploma/certification required or Nursing education sufficient to receive licensure in CT.</p>
<p><strong>Licensure/Certification:</strong> Current RN license in the State of Connecticut required; valid driver’s license required.</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong> Prior experience in MAT, substance use treatment, or correctional healthcare preferred.</p>
<p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong> Must successfully complete DOC background check and partnership agreement; completion of CHR and DOC orientation required.</p>

<p>$63,634.00/annually minimum and up commensurate upon experience</p>
<p>*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)</p>
